exploding box card

Its been forever since Ive made a new card. So I was inspired by my friends birthday and how big of a Kayne West fan he is. I had so many ideas right away Ive never made a music themed card. Went to Joann's to pick up some materials for the project and found some little lights with no price, so i searched the whole store and finally found them in a couple different colors. I knew I had to figure out a way to put the lights in the card but still go with the theme.I wanted to go all out and try to challenge myself by doing things Ive never done before with this card, such as the lights,the slider parts, the birthday cake (cutest thing ever!) but some how it all came together. My friend loved the card and so did i (I really wanted to keep it) but didn't of course.

My first tattoo

I decided to get my first tattoo as a present to myself for my birthday.
I figured what better then something to remind me of my childhood. I loved reading the harry potter books and watching the movies. Its something me and my mom really bond over,so its in memory of her as well. I ended up getting a bigger design then id planned on but it looked so good when I was testing sizes .  I did change the design a little. Added a wand in the middle with little sparks shooting out of it.To me the outline hurt most the shading wasn't bad. I'm glad I took everyone's advice and added a little color. It turned out amazing I love it. I can't wait for the next one.

St. Patricks day

Its been forever since my last post. I was looking at pictures on my phone and knew I had to fill you guys in on the crazy events that are my life. So I'm starting with St. Patricks day. My sister and I got to go around to bars handing out beads but the best part was we had are own bag pipes
And drummer to lead the way. (yes we are that serious about this holiday)

CVS Makeup Sale

Nail Challenge: Inspired By A Book

I was inspired by the Percy Jackson book series. Two gods inspired this look Hades and Poseidon. I made my own mixes for these two. Hades mix was a dark blue,purple,red,and black combination with purple flakes and glitter, and I added black and blue flames. Poseidons mix was a teal and blue combo with a huge wave and his trident.

Hello Kitty 3D Movie Nails

I'm a sucker for hello kitty shes always just so cute. So I was inspired by my keys, I had painted one with a hello kitty with 3D glasses on. So when I bought some new polish it reminded my of a 3D movie which was a perfect background for this nail art. I just think its so cute.

 I loved the movie and after seeing it I had to try to recreate them espically since I had went a week with just a plain french manicure I needed some color back in my life.

Nail Challenge: Black and White

I love the combination of black and white. I wanted to do something simple yet cute. So ofcourse I did the Chanel logo my favorite. With a gold bracelet with Chanel charms on it.

Nail Polish Collection And Storage

  I was rearranging some of my nail  polishes and thought it would be fun to share with you all my collection and storage. I'm not in love with the set up right now but hopefully in the future it will be a bit better.                        
                                   In this drawer I have 4 baskets of polish sorted by brand and color.

 This brush holder I recently bought and painted it myself. The artwork is inspired by my 3 favorite nail artist Sophy Robson, Jenny Longworth, and Robin Moses. Also I wanted it to be mostly black and white kind of a good and evil theme. The front is Sophy's Love Hate Design, The sides are Robin Moses Good and Evil design, The top sides are Jenny Longworth's design from Rihanna's You Da One music video. The front was my own design.
