New Room Decor

So my sister bought me these for Christmas. She knows I love things with the Eiffel Tower on it and she already bought me a awesome poster of the Eiffel Tower. I laughed when I opened the Eiffel tower streamers because it just looked like plain silver streamers and was kind of ugly until I hung it up. Which I couldn't put it on my bedroom door because my mirror is on it so I decided to put it behind my bed. It was super long so had to cut it but I love the way it looks wish my whole wall was covered in it. She also got me a cute vinyl decal for my wall. I love the saying on it. It's so cute :)

Nail Art Challenge : Yellow

I don't really have any good bright yellow nail polishes yet. Mainly because it's hard to find a good bright yellow and it's not a color I wear very much. I decided this would be a great chance to try out the Sally Hansen salon effect strips in Electric Shock. I'll probably do a review on them soon. But let's just say I loved the color it was super bright yellow like a ray of sunshine on my nails. But after a few days I was sick of just yellow so add a little design.

Haul: Cvs and Dollar Store

These are the last few items I got at the CVS 50%-75% off sale. I picked up another one of the Sally Hansen salon effects.Which I've only tried one that I've bought so far but have mixed feelings about them. I stopped by CVS with my sister and told her about the sale she picked up a few items and let me choose something so I got another Physicians Formula liner set. She didn't like the Physicians Formula face primer so she gave it to me. I really wanted Revlon's Lilac pastelle polish so went back and picked it up along with spring awaking and Revlon's icy nude lipstick. Which I am in love with now! I went to buy a backup of icy nude but sadly my CVS didn't have it so I got Demure lipstick instead. Which is a nice everyday sheer shade. Then I went to the Family Dollar store the other day to buy my sister some toothpaste and saw this cute head band which reminded me of the one Effy wore on the show Skins, Which is my favorite show so I had to buy it! I know your thinking it's weird I got Disney princess earrings but I got them to use for nail designs. Ive been wanting to do Disney princess nails for awhile. But it sucks not all the Disney princesses are on there, I really wanted princess Jasmine :(. I saw Wet n Wild polishes at CVS were 50% off so I picked up Club Havana mainly because I liked the name. But it's a gorgeous coral perfect for the summer and I don't have any color like it.

Nail Art Challenge : Orange

I bought a new nail polish Club Havana by Wet n Wild and I wanted to do just a simple chevron manicure with it. But I was trying to get ready to go see the Muppet's movie and kept messing up the design. So I ended up having to redo this manicure 3 times. It still ended up getting ruined so I gave up on simple and decided to go back to doing  freestyle designs. Which I have to say I've missed them a lot! But it's gonna take awhile to get back to the hang of it.

I can never leave the house without polish on my nails. I'd feel naked even a top coat or base coat is better than nothing.
